Modern PM is a blog about modern project management in all its forms. It is independent of institutions, companies and interest groups.

Declaration on information obligation (privacy policy)

The protection of your personal data is very important to me. For this reason, I save your data only with my German hosting partner and no other external providers. I process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (DSGVO, TKG 2003).

Contact with me

If you contact me by e-mail, your details will be stored with me for six months to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. I will not share this information without your consent.

I use only minimal cookies for my blog. Google Analytics so I can see what you like to read. Otherwise: no affiliates, nothing. This is really an independent blog. Maybe this is a bit old-fashioned way of looking at things, but I do not want to make money from your data.

I deliberately did not include any social sharing buttons. Of course, I am very happy if you share my contributions! But I really trust you to do it without buttons.

Web analytics

My website uses features of the web analytics service Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, IRELAND). For this purpose, cookies are used that allow an analysis of the use of the website by my users. The information generated thereby is transmitted to the server of the provider (also USA) and stored there. You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are stored.

I have concluded a corresponding contract data processing contract with the provider.

Your IP address will be collected, but promptly (eg.B. by deletion of the last 8 bits) pseudonymized. As a result, only a rough localization is possible.

The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on Privacy Shield.

The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal regulations of the § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as the art 6 Abs 1 a) (consent) and / or f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO.

My concern within the meaning of the DSGVO is to improve my offer - only if I know which articles you like, I can write interesting things for you. Since your privacy is damned important to me, the user data are pseudonymized.

The user data is kept for a maximum of 26 months.

Your rights

You are entitled in principle to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and opposition. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in a way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
